Using Stalbet
Stalbet is a platform for discovering sublets and connecting hosts and guests. Agreements, permission to sublet, payments and handovers are arranged directly between the parties.
Accurate listings and respectful conduct
Publish only homes you are authorized to sublet, with accurate photos, dates and prices. Do not impersonate others, post misleading content, harass users or send spam. Reports may lead to review and deactivation.
Requests and estimates
A request is subject to availability and host approval. Price calculations are estimates, not a payment or a contract. Confirm all costs and conditions directly. Stalbet does not provide escrow, payment protection or a property-ownership guarantee.
