How Stalbet works
Find a place. Meet the host. Agree on the details.
1. Choose your stay
Search by dates, city and budget. Date searches include only homes with known availability covering your stay. Estimates use seven nights per week and thirty per month.
2. Get to know the home
Review photos, amenities, minimum stay and bills. Save favorites or share a listing. Ask the host about anything not specified.
3. Contact or request
Contact the host through WhatsApp, or send a booking request. Without an account, verify your email first. A request is not a reservation until the host approves it.
4. Agree directly
Agree on the final price, payment, permission to sublet, house rules and key handover directly with the host. Stalbet does not collect rent or provide escrow or payment protection.
